Overview
Just Jobs is a modern platform for flexible work in Austria — with a focus on gastronomy, promotion, and events. Through the app, users find assignments as Gastro Fighters, Promotion Fighters, or Event Fighters. Companies can digitally request personnel, manage assignments, and directly confirm working hours.
The goal of the project was to represent these clear workflows in a user-friendly manner and to enable both employees and employers to have a fast, transparent, and mobile process.

The entire user experience has been optimized for mobile use, as the young target group of Just Jobs organizes their assignments almost exclusively via smartphone. Clear navigation, large touch targets, and fast loading times ensure that job offers can be found and booked within seconds.

The app guides users specifically into the areas of gastronomy, promotion, and events. The visual separation of the categories makes it particularly easy to discover suitable assignments and apply with just a few steps.
