The ideal candidate is responsible for planning, coordination, and project execution. They are always in direct contact with our clients and act as the bridge to the design and development team. Therefore, a technical understanding and strong product knowledge are absolutely necessary. They also know what makes a good app or website.
Responsibilities
Handling and managing projects
Direct communication with clients
Meeting deadlines
Budget control and monitoring
Product feedback and product decisions in coordination with clients
Creating proposals
Developing requirements
Creating rough tickets/issues
Cycle plannings
Meetings and calls with relevant project partners and clients
Introducing own ideas and concepts
Client support over multiple projects
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager and in the execution of digital projects (mobile apps, websites) in the agency or service sector
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital and software projects
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with project management tools like Jira or Linear is an advantage
Communicative
Open to new things
German (native or C2)
English (business fluent)
Your salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. In accordance with your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The collective agreement minimum base salary at the entry level is €3,843.00gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
