Digital Project Manager
What we're looking for
Do you want to manage digital products as if they were your own? Are you passionate about top-notch UX and know how to confidently guide clients through the app development process? Then come aboard! We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who passionately steers our projects and acts as a bridge between customer vision and technical implementation. Important: A thorough knowledge of German is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive project management
Direct communication with clients & stakeholders
Meeting deadlines & milestone planning
Budget control and project controlling
Product feedback & decisions in coordination with clients
Offering creation & requirements engineering
Task management & agile cycle planning
Long-term customer care and strategic consulting
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant agency experience in managing digital projects (Mobile, Web)
Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail
Proficient in using PM tools such as Jira or Linear
Strong communication skills, empathetic and confident in client interactions
Growth Mindset: Open to new things, proactive, and solution-oriented
Fluent in German and English
Your salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. In accordance with your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The collective agreement minimum base salary at the entry level is €3,954.00gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
