AI agency for businesses in Linz and Vienna
We bring AI into your day-to-day work: as an agent, an automation or a feature in your product. With experience from our own operations and client projects such as Rotax TRAX.
As an AI agency, we develop systems that run in real processes and products. Our own quote agent creates a complete quote PDF in under 60 seconds, which sales reviews before approval. For Rotax, we made complex telemetry usable with an AI Coach.

What your AI agency needs to deliver for your business
AI for business has to take on a specific task and fit into existing workflows. That's why we connect models with your data, your applications and the people who review or further process the results.
So it all starts with an operational question: Where does your team spend too long searching for information? Which request gets re-entered over and over? Which product user needs a clear recommendation from complex data? That's how AI solutions with a clear purpose come about.
As an artificial intelligence agency, we bring strategy, product development and operations together. You get a partner for implementation and for further development after launch. Our work as an AI agency also includes ongoing support. You know who is responsible once the system is in daily use.
Three AI offerings for your business
We develop AI agents for tasks, automations for recurring workflows and chatbots for access to company knowledge.
AI agents
An agent works through a task over several steps and uses approved tools. We connect it to your systems and define which actions it may perform and where your team gives approval.
AI automation
We connect recurring work steps, for example from an incoming request to a draft quote. AI handles the processing of content, fixed rules control the flow, and people review the results defined for review.
AI chatbots & RAG
Your team asks, the assistant searches your knowledge base and answers with sources. RAG connects a language model with the relevant documents, so answers are based on your company knowledge.
Three real-world cases: AI in day-to-day operation
Toni and our MCP workflows run in our own company; the Rotax TRAX AI Coach is part of a client product that has shipped. The examples cover three different tasks: handling conversations, preparing administrative work and making data understandable for users.
Toni: our own AI phone assistant
Toni takes calls and recognizes requests such as project inquiries, support, invoices or callbacks. It answers questions, transfers the call or documents the conversation in our systems. We developed the prompts, routing, integrations and dashboard ourselves.
This way, a call ends with an answer, a handover or a documented task. You can test Toni live at +43 677 61279177. Our field report on Toni describes how telephony and system access work together.
A quote in 60 seconds: our MCP workflow
We've been using MCP in production since 2025. Our agent creates project specifications, compares previous quotes, estimates the effort and generates a complete quote PDF in under 60 seconds. The document lands in the CRM, where a person in sales reviews and approves it.
Together with other workflows, such as invoice preparation, we save around 100 hours per month in sales and administration. These time savings refer to our own operations. How much relief is possible for you depends on your workflows. Find out more in our article on MCP in practice.
Rotax TRAX: AI Coach in a client product
For BRP-Rotax from Upper Austria, we turned complex kart telemetry into an easy-to-understand application. App, device, AI Coach and Driver Score make driving performance measurable and comparable. The coach gives specific feedback after a stint.
TRAX has been on the market for six years. The community has covered more than 50,000 kilometers, plus 40 challenges. These figures reflect usage of the product as a whole. The AI Coach is part of this product solution.
AI in a product that runs every day
Rotax TRAX combines telemetry, app and AI Coach.
How we get started
You start with consulting to support your decision, a workshop on your use case or training for your team.
AI consulting
You want to know where an investment makes sense. We clarify goals, data and technical requirements so you can make a well-founded decision on the next step.
AI workshop
You have a specific process in mind and want to work through it with IT and the business department. Together, we examine tasks, data sources and limits before it turns into a development project.
AI training
Your team should use AI safely and effectively in everyday work. We teach the fundamentals and practical application, so employees can assess results and recognize suitable tasks.
From the first decision to operation
Before development starts, you get a solid plan for scope, timeline and budget. Our process brings together Discover, Develop and Evolve.
In a free, no-obligation intro call, we discuss your task and your starting point. A compact fixed-price discovery then lays the foundation for the development contract. During the discovery, we also clarify which systems need to be connected and who makes the business decisions on your side.
We bill implementation as a monthly team retainer. You know a month's costs in advance and can steer the scope according to your priorities. A dedicated, experienced team accompanies the project from the first sketch through to operation.
To start, we choose a clearly defined task. Together, we decide how you'll judge the result: for example, by processing effort, traceable answers or a handover that works. You'll find information on possible funding routes on our page on AI funding in Austria.

Local AI: AI on your own hardware
With Local AI, your AI assistant runs entirely on your own hardware, with no cloud and no external API calls. It's an option for businesses whose data shouldn't leave the company network or whose IT blocks public AI services.
The language model, search index, agents and connectors run on an AI workstation in your server room. The assistant makes documents and connected systems accessible, such as file servers, DMS, service reports or ERP. Answers name the sources used.
There are no per-user license fees. Hardware, setup and support remain part of the investment. We determine which performance class and which integrations you need based on your tasks. Models can be swapped without signing a new contract.

Frequently asked questions about working with us
Costs depend on the task, data sources, integrations and operating model. After a free intro call, projects start with a compact fixed-price discovery. This produces a plan for scope, timeline and budget; development is billed as a monthly team retainer.
We give you a reliable timeline after the discovery, once scope and technical requirements are clear. Data access, interfaces and the necessary approvals also shape the effort. For the first deployment, we keep the task tightly scoped so you can judge the result in everyday use.
We clarify data access, roles, approvals and the operating model for the specific use case. Depending on your requirements, EU hosting or fully local processing on your own hardware are options. GDPR and the EU AI Act are part of the planning, as are traceable access and human oversight.
Ahoi Kapptn! continues to support the systems we develop once they are in operation. The same dedicated project team stays involved from the first sketch to ongoing support. For each project, we define which tasks your IT team and our team take on.
In the free intro call, we discuss where your team is losing time and what data is available. Consulting or a workshop helps you pick a specific task from there. You don't need a finished technical specification for this.
Our offices are in Linz and Vienna. We agree with you which meetings make sense on site and which can happen remotely. What matters is that the right people from the business side and IT are involved.
A chatbot answers questions, for example from your documents. An automation connects recurring process steps, while an agent handles tasks using approved tools. We work out which combination fits based on the outcome you want and your existing systems.
