AI workshop for companies: from use case to roadmap
In half a day or a full day, your team decides where AI makes sense in your business. The result: a prioritized use-case roadmap with next steps and clear ownership.
An AI workshop for companies gives you a prioritized roadmap for specific processes, data and responsibilities. Ahoi Kapptn! brings experience from running AI in its own business: our AI workflows save around 100 hours a month in sales and administration.

What your AI workshop actually delivers
You leave the workshop with a prioritized use-case roadmap that brings together value, feasibility and prerequisites. We start with your team's tasks: Where does repetitive work pile up? What information is missing? Which decisions still need a human?
Together, we assess the use cases by expected value, data availability, integration effort and risks. The roadmap captures:
- Which use cases should be explored first, and why.
- Which data and systems they require.
- Who owns them on the business side and which decisions are pending.
- Which open questions need to be answered before implementation.
- How you can measure the success of a first deployment.
This gives management, IT and business teams a shared basis for decisions.

Agenda: half a day or a full day
Half a day gives you orientation and priorities; a full day leaves more room for process work and for building out the roadmap. We tailor the focus to your starting point and your team's questions.
Half day: choosing use cases
- Goals and starting point: We clarify which processes you want to improve and which tools you already use.
- Practice and limits: Using examples from our own business, we discuss what AI can do and where human control remains necessary.
- Collecting and assessing use cases: Your team brings in tasks. Together, we look at value, data and technical dependencies.
- Capturing the roadmap: We prioritize the candidates and name the next checks and the people responsible.
Full day: going deeper into your processes
The full day covers the same steps and goes deeper into the selected use cases. We follow the workflow from the moment a request comes in to the finished result, clarifying data sources, system access, approvals and possible errors.
Your team works on real tasks and discusses how the work changes with AI. To wrap up, we add the prerequisites for a first deployment and the criteria for evaluating it later to the roadmap.
Four formats for your team
You can hold the workshop in Linz, in Vienna, remotely or in-house at your company.
AI workshop Linz
We work with your team at the Neue Werft in the port of Linz, Industriezeile 35. At our headquarters, you talk directly with the company that runs the AI processes we show you.
AI workshop Vienna
Our Vienna office is at Diefenbachgasse 54A/16 in the 15th district. If your team is based in or around Vienna, you can plan to work together on site.
Remote
For distributed teams, the workshop takes place online. We work through your processes and priorities together, even when participants are based in different locations.
In-house at your company
We come to you. This works well when the business teams involved should work together in person and your process knowledge should feed directly into the roadmap.
Who should take part in the workshop
The workshop delivers the most when decision-making authority, process knowledge and IT sit at the same table. You don't need a room full of AI specialists, but people who know the goals, workflows and constraints.
Management or department heads assess the business value and set priorities. Business teams bring recurring tasks, typical errors and concrete examples. IT and digital leads evaluate data access, interfaces and future operations. If sensitive data is involved, the person responsible for data protection should be involved as well.
No programming skills are required. It helps to bring a short process description, known bottlenecks and anonymized examples.
Your trainers: Philipp Baldauf and Philipp Jahoda
Philipp Baldauf and Philipp Jahoda combine AI strategy with responsibility for systems in live operation. Both are co-founders of Ahoi Kapptn! and also lead our AI Masterclass. Philipp Baldauf, CEO, heads AI strategy. He focuses on business goals, meaningful use cases and the decisions that need to be made before implementation.
Workshop, AI training or AI Masterclass?
The workshop prioritizes your use cases, training builds your team's skills, and the Masterclass lets you learn at your own pace.
AI workshop
You want to decide together which processes are the first candidates for AI. The focus is on your starting point and a prioritized roadmap.
AI training for companies
You want to build knowledge and safe use of AI in day-to-day work. Training starts with your team's skills, while the workshop focuses on selecting and assessing use cases.
AI Masterclass

Frequently asked questions about the AI workshop
The price depends on whether you choose half a day or a full day, and on the format. We agree the exact scope and costs before you commission the workshop. Development and ongoing operation are planned separately.
You can plan for half a day or a full day. The half day focuses on orientation and prioritization. The full day goes deeper into selected processes, data sources and the prerequisites for implementation.
Beforehand, we clarify which information the workshop needs and which tools are suitable. Anonymized documents work well as process examples. For any AI systems you build later, we take into account data protection requirements, roles and permissions, as well as options for EU hosting or running on your own hardware.
In the workshop, we name the business owners and the open questions about implementation. The roadmap alone does not replace development or an operations agreement. Ahoi Kapptn! can support the subsequent planning and development; responsibilities, human approvals and operations are clarified for each specific project.
