The intro call is free, the discovery has an agreed fixed price, and implementation is billed as a monthly team retainer.
For the discovery, we define the question, scope and deliverables together. Afterwards, you know the planned effort for implementation. With the monthly team retainer, the monthly cost is fixed in advance, while we steer the scope flexibly based on the agreed priorities.
