Information Security at Ahoi Kapptn!

Ahoi Kapptn FlexCo operates an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and is committed to the following principles:

  • Protecting the company's information and IT assets (including but not limited to computers, mobile devices, network equipment, software and sensitive data) against internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats, and mitigating the risks of theft, loss, misuse, damage or destruction of these systems.
  • Protecting information against unauthorised access: users access only those assets for which they hold explicit authorisation. The granting of access rights is strictly controlled and reviewed regularly.
  • Preserving confidentiality: information is protected against disclosure to unauthorised parties.
  • Ensuring integrity: information is protected against modification by unauthorised parties.
  • Maintaining availability: authorised parties can access information when required.
  • Meeting and, where possible, exceeding applicable legal and regulatory requirements, standards and best practices.
  • Continually improving the ISMS through effective corrective and improvement measures.
  • Developing, maintaining and testing business continuity plans so that we remain able to operate even in the event of disruptions.
  • Strengthening security awareness through regular training for all employees. Security responsibility is part of each role and of our corporate culture.
  • Protecting individuals who report an information security issue: no action will be taken against employees who disclose an incident through the reporting channels or directly to the head of information security management, unless the disclosure unequivocally indicates an illegal act, gross negligence or repeated deliberate disregard of regulations.
