We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead our projects with technical depth and bridge the gap between vision and code down to the last detail. You are the crucial interface when it comes to translating complex requirements into precise tickets and always keeping an eye on technical feasibility. Become the anchor for our crew and clients! Important: A thorough knowledge of German is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of complex software projects
Direct communication with clients & stakeholders
Sprint excellence & deadline management
Budget control and effort estimation
Tech advisory & feasibility decisions
Requirements definition & creation of technical specifications
Precise ticket creation & backlog refinement (Linear)
Technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant agency experience in handling digital projects (Mobile, Web)
Solid technical understanding
Analytical thinking for structuring complex requirements
Experience with agile workflows and ticket systems
Strong communicator, empathetic, and confident in front of clients
Growth Mindset: Open to new things, proactive and solution-oriented
Fluent in German and English
Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience. Based on your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment above the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €3,267.00gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
