What was it about?
A chat answers questions. An agent completes tasks. The masterclass centred on Claude Cowork and on building your own AI agent that takes real steps in daily work instead of just producing text.
The case study: from customer request to quote draft
Using one end-to-end example, Philipp showed how a customer request turns into a finished quote draft. The path runs through price lists and templates the agent works with, and ends in a result that a human reviews and approves.
