QA / Testing Engineer (m,f,x)

The ideal candidate is responsible for conducting manual and automated tests, actively contributes to product development, and works together with the team to ensure that our web and mobile products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Execution of manual and automated software tests in the areas of websites/frontend and mobile apps (iOS/Android) - End to end testing
Careful analysis of requirements
Setup of the test environment and creation of test plans based on project and product requirements
Continuous development, optimization, and documentation of the entire test process
Continuous coordination with project partners, design, and developer teams
Support in the automation of tests and further development of internal QA standards
Qualifications
Completed IT education (HTL, FH/Uni) or equivalent professional experience
Experience in QA and software testing & proficient handling of QA processes as well as common testing practices
Basic understanding of software development and understanding of agile processes
High quality standards, precise working method, and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and proficient in German and English
Interest in actively and strategically contributing to the further development of our QA
Nice to have
Experience in performance testing, security testing, or accessibility testing
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation (GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Interest in test strategy, monitoring, and quality metrics
Experience with tools such as Bruno, Postman, AppTester / Testflight
Your salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. In accordance with your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The collective agreement minimum base salary at the entry level is €3,175.00gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
