Project Manager (AI, Mobile & Web)

Guiding complex software projects to success is your craft: you structure requirements, coordinate between clients and the crew, and keep budgets and deadlines firmly under control. As a Project Manager, you take full responsibility with us from kick-off to go-live.

Your background can be classic agency-side or stem from a technical role. What counts: technical understanding, a calm eye for detail, and the will to carry a project holistically. With you at the helm, our projects stay on course.

Your tasks

  • End-to-end management of complex software projects
  • Direct communication with clients & stakeholders
  • Budget control and effort estimation
  • Sprint excellence & deadline management
  • Requirements definition & creation of technical specifications
  • Tech advisory & feasibility decisions
  • Precise ticket creation & backlog refinement (Linear)
  • Technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience managing digital projects (ideally in an agency)
  • Alternatively: At least 2 years in a technical role (e.g. Dev, Tech Lead), in which you regularly took on PM-related tasks such as effort estimation, requirements engineering, or direct client contact
  • Solid technical understanding
  • Analytical mindset for structuring complex requirements
  • Experience with agile workflows and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic, and confident in front of clients
  • Growth mindset: open to new things, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

  • Understanding of complex data dependencies and the relationship between multiple endpoints
  • Reviewing designs for technical feasibility and required interfaces
  • Experience in pre-sales or discovery processes (effort estimation, technical consulting for new clients)

Salary

Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience. Based on your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment above the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 3,954.00 gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
