UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for implementing app and website designs. You will be in direct contact with our clients and act as the interface to the development team. You don't just have an eye for aesthetics, but understand design as a technical process ranging from AI-powered workflows to a deep understanding of the final implementation.

Your tasks
- Creating pixel-perfect UI designs and building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Using Gemini and native Figma AI features for workflow & UX optimization
- Creating interactive prototypes to validate user flows with Figma or v0
- Documentation and technical hand-off that makes implementation seamless for developers
- Conducting design approval and QA in close collaboration with devs and PMs
- Meetings and calls with relevant project partners, developers, and clients
- Bringing in own ideas and concepts for continuous product optimization
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
- You are enthusiastic about AI and are not afraid to help shape ongoing optimizations in the design process
- In-depth knowledge of web & mobile patterns as well as Apple and Google standards
- High quality standards in design QA and great attention to detail
- Communicative, team-oriented, and the ability to argue design decisions to devs and clients
- Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, TailwindCSS or shadcn/ui
- Experience with AI CLI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- Motion design with animation libraries (e.g., Lottie)
- Familiarity with user research and data-driven optimization
- Experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
Salary
Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience. Based on your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment above the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 3,954.00 gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
