From draft quote to approved document
The quoting process we automated combines AI with existing systems and a mandatory human review. It has been running in production via MCP since 2025: an agent creates project specifications, compares previous quotes, estimates the effort and generates the PDF. Sales checks content, pricing and commitments before approval.

When AI automation pays off
A process is worth automating when the usable time savings justify the development and ongoing operating costs. To assess this, we gather case volume, processing time and your internal hourly rate. We deduct the time still needed for review, corrections and exceptions from the potential savings.
Monthly time value = net hours saved × internal hourly rate. We compare this value with the one-off costs for discovery and development and the ongoing costs for hosting, models, licenses, maintenance and support. The monthly surplus gives you the expected payback period.
