AI training for companies that put AI to work every day
Your team learns to handle tasks with AI, check the results and protect confidential data. With hands-on exercises and documented participation.
AI training for employees has to start with the tasks your team handles every day. For example, we've taken an AI agent into production that prepares complete quotes in under 60 seconds. A person reviews and approves them. This combination of automation and accountability shapes our training.

AI literacy training, grounded in practice
You learn from a team that successfully takes AI into production. Since 2025, MCP-based workflows we built for quotes and invoice preparation have been running in production. They save around 100 hours per month in sales and administration.
For BRP-Rotax, we made complex kart telemetry usable in the product Rotax TRAX, with an app, device, AI Coach and Driver Score. At ÖFB TV (Austrian Football Association), highlights are cut and subtitled minutes after the final whistle, without anyone sitting at an editing desk. The voicebot Toni, which we built, takes calls, recognizes what the caller needs and either routes or documents the request.
Philipp Baldauf leads our AI Masterclass, and Philipp Jahoda is responsible for our AI stack. Both combine teaching with experience from running AI in day-to-day operations. Learn more about our approach on AI for companies.
What your AI training covers
Six modules combine fundamentals, practical application and the rules for using AI in your company.
Fundamentals
Your team understands what language models can do, how they generate answers and why plausible statements can still be wrong. We put models, assistants and agents into context and discuss which tasks are suitable for AI.
Safe use and data protection
We cover personal data, trade secrets and internal approvals. Working through examples, your team practices which information it may use and when anonymized or fictional data is required. The responsibilities of IT and data protection become clear.
Prompting in everyday work
Your team learns to phrase tasks with a goal, context and the desired output format. They practice on texts, summaries or quote preparation, check the results and refine their instructions. Good prompts are saved as reusable work templates.
Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise
We align the exercises with the tools your company has approved. Copilot training covers suitable tasks and how to handle the information Copilot can access. For ChatGPT Enterprise, we likewise cover settings, data access and human review.
Limits and risks
Your team learns to spot invented sources, biased answers and unreliable conclusions. We also discuss manipulation attempts via inputs or documents. Critical tasks need clear boundaries, controls and a route to the person in charge.
Documentation for the AI Act
We map roles, the systems in use and learning needs. Your team understands how training content and participation can be documented in a traceable way. The AI Act training links this documentation to the tools and tasks actually in use.
Article 4: what companies need to consider now
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures that support the development of AI literacy. The provision has applied since 2 February 2025. It covers staff and other persons who operate or use AI systems on the company's behalf. Source: European Commission on AI literacy.
As of 3 October 2026. The Digital Omnibus on AI amended Article 4 in July 2026. The obligation for providers and deployers remains in place. However, they do not have to guarantee a specific level of literacy for each individual. Measures should take into account prior knowledge, experience, the context of use and the persons affected. Source: current version of Article 4 at the AI Act Service Desk.
For your training plan, this means: align content with roles and the systems in use, instead of assigning everyone the same course. The training provides orientation and practical skills. It does not replace legal advice or an individual review of your obligations.
Learn in-house in Linz and Vienna, or remotely
You can choose between joint training with your team and self-paced e-learning.
In-house in Linz or Vienna
We tailor the content to your departments, approved tools and workflows. The training takes place at your company. With offices in Linz and Vienna, Ahoi Kapptn! can easily come to you.
Remote with your team
For teams across several locations, shared exercises and questions can be worked through remotely. We sort out access and practice data in advance. That way, your team works within the agreed framework toward the same learning goals.
E-learning with the AI Masterclass
The AI Masterclass with Philipp Baldauf and Philipp Jahoda offers four recorded sessions and 28 sub-chapters. Your team learns at its own pace, with text versions and templates. For company-specific rules and risks, we agree on any additional needs with you.
Confirmation of participation and traceable documentation
The confirmation of participation documents the completed training as one building block of your measures for AI literacy (Article 4 EU AI Act). Also record the date, content, target group and the systems covered. Together with internal usage rules and further learning measures, this creates traceable documentation.
Article 4 does not require a specific certificate. A confirmation of participation is therefore not an official proof of competence, and on its own it does not confirm compliance with all AI Act obligations. The European Commission's questions and answers explain that companies can keep internal records of training and other measures.
Use our AI Act checklist to bring training, responsibilities and further review steps together.

Clarify process and costs up front
In a free, no-obligation intro call, we clarify the target group, existing knowledge, tools and the scope you need. Bring specific tasks from your day-to-day work. Together, we decide which modules and exercises your team needs and which format fits.
Price: After the intro call, you receive a quote tailored to the number of participants, duration and format.
You get clarity on content, duration and costs before you commit. For an overview of possible funding, see our page on AI funding in Austria. Whether funding is available for your project has to be checked against the specific program.

Frequently asked questions about the training
The costs depend on scope, format and how much we tailor the preparation to your tasks. We clarify these points in the intro call and use them as the basis for a specific quote. Content and costs are agreed before you commit.
We set the duration based on prior knowledge, modules and the amount of practice needed. We agree on it in advance, rather than applying a flat time frame to every target group. The AI Masterclass offers four recorded sessions that you can work through at your own pace.
For the fundamentals, we plan around what your team already knows. Business departments practice on their own tasks, while IT leads can bring in technical questions and access rules. We take different learning goals into account when selecting the modules.
Exercises can use fictional or anonymized examples. In advance, we clarify which tools and data your company approves. Personal or confidential information only belongs in a setting that has been reviewed and approved for it.
Ahoi Kapptn! plans the training with you and agrees the expert support with you in advance. The AI Masterclass is taught by Philipp Baldauf and Philipp Jahoda. Approvals for tools, data and workflows remain with the responsible people in your company.
Company training is available in-house in Linz and Vienna, as well as remotely. To get started, all it takes is a no-obligation intro call with details on your team, tools and learning goals. Based on that, we agree on the format, content and date.
The Masterclass teaches practical skills for using AI and provides recordings, text versions and templates. Your internal data rules, approvals and specific risks also need to be addressed. In the intro call, we clarify whether additional modules make sense for this.
